Talent Acquisition Advisor

Talent Acquisition Advisor – 3 Month FTC (July Start) - £35,000 per annum - Liverpool - Hybrid (1 day WFH – flexible day) - Full-time – 37.5 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Advisor to join a well-established and highly successful logistics company on a 3-month fixed term contract, covering a secondment within the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced and supportive environment, working as part of a busy in-house recruitment function.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing recruitment for multiple vacancies simultaneously across the business

* Working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver a high-quality recruitment service

* Writing and posting engaging job adverts

* Coordinating and arranging interviews in line with a structured recruitment process

* Liaising with external recruiters where required

* Working collaboratively with the wider HR team across multiple UK sites (Liverpool-based role, no travel required)

About you:

* Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Advisor role

* Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – essential

* Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with hiring managers

* Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities effectively

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
