I’m delighted to be exclusively partnering with this incredibly exciting organisation in their search for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join them on a high-impact fixed-term contract during a period of significant organisational growth and transformation.

This is such a unique opportunity for a strategic talent acquisition professional to build and embed a modern recruitment and workforce planning function from the ground up. You'll work closely with senior leaders to drive workforce growth, implement new recruitment processes and systems, and create the foundations for long-term success.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

* Leading the delivery of an ambitious Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Programme.

* Developing workforce planning and forecasting processes that support future growth.

* Designing and implementing recruitment frameworks, systems and governance.

* Providing strategic workforce insight, reporting and analytics to senior leadership.

* Supporting organisational design and resourcing strategies.

* Leading and developing a small talent acquisition team and associated project resources.

* Building strong relationships across the organisation and influencing at the highest levels.

Criteria:

* Significant experience leading talent acquisition, workforce planning or workforce transformation initiatives.

* A track record of delivering recruitment programmes in complex organisations.

* Strong stakeholder management skills with experience advising senior leaders and executive teams.

* Experience implementing recruitment systems, operating models and process improvements.

* A data-driven approach with the ability to translate workforce insight into strategic action.

* CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience) preferred but not essential.
