Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts at Relay Management Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet the hiring needs of the organisation.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a talent acquisition role or similar.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Nice to have

• Experience in a managerial or leadership role within HR.
