Radley James has been in the market since 2009 and is now a global brand and market leader in the Financial Technology and Quantitative Trading recruitment world, with offices in London, New York, Singapore, Warsaw, Vilnius, and Dubai.
We are currently looking to dramatically grow in size, globally and require the help of an experienced internal recruiter to spearhead this endeavour on an initial 6-12 month contract. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about attracting top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to identify and attract the best and brightest individuals in the finance and technology sectors.
Assist with Graduate campaigns, hiring, and assisting with presenting our first-class training to new joiners.
Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and talent needs, ensuring alignment with growth strategies.
Network across Radley James competitors in order to help attract and recruit the top performers within our market for experienced hires.
Foster a rich candidate experience that upholds the firm's reputation as an employer of choice.
