Talent Acquisition Manager

My Client a Global marketing firm are looking to hire a Talent Manager to help them grow their incredible business.

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment and driving the talent acquisition strategy for the company. You will work closely with the business to understand their hiring needs and ensure the successful placement of qualified candidates.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep knowledge of the marketing industry, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the recruitment piece from start to finish providing guidance, support, and mentorship
Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, understanding their hiring needs and providing strategic recruitment solutions
Source, evaluate, and select qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit for specific roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process and timely placements
Keeping in touch with your ongoing pipeline
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

Ideal Candidate will:

Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the marketing industry
Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment processes
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
