Are you an experienced recruiter with a keen eye for detail and a passion for managing end-to-end recruitment processes? SRM Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a growing and ambitious company, with big plans for 2025.

  • Talent Acquisition Partner
  • Location: Remote. Occasional site visits to Hertfordshire required
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s recruitment and onboarding processes for Senior Hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Review applications, conduct screening calls, and shortlist candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews via self-service links, collect feedback from interviewers, and manage outcomes.
  • Offer Management: Make job offers, prepare offer letters, and manage all associated paperwork.
  • Compliance: Collect and verify candidate documentation, complete full referencing, and process DBS checks.
  • Onboarding: Prepare and issue contracts, set up new starters, and organise online training.
