Talent Acquisition Partner

Artis HR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading, multi-sector engineering business who are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping their recruitment strategy. This is a hybrid role based in Somerset, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week.

What you'll be doing

-Taking full 360 ownership of recruitment across all business functions and regions

-Partnering with hiring managers to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions

-Managing the ATS

-Leading subcontractor and agency relationships

-Direct sourcing using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter

-Supporting both permanent and contract recruitment, including IR35 knowledge

What we're looking for

-Previous experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition

-Proven track record in recruiting technical or engineering roles

-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

-Familiarity with ATS platforms

-Confidently managing contractor recruitment and agency relationships
