Role: Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: On-site at client premises 3 days/week in Central London (Liverpool Street Station)
Salary: Up to £45k base (depending on experience) + bonus

About the Role: Hey there! We're on the lookout for a fantastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. You'll be the go-to person for all things recruitment, working on-site three days a week to manage the entire hiring process for our client. It's a dynamic role where you'll ensure we deliver top-notch MSP & RPO services.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Attracting Talent: You'll team up with hiring managers to find the best ways to attract top talent, turn job specs into eye-catching adverts, and prep candidates to shine in their interviews.
• Client Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with stakeholders will be key. You'll get to know their recruitment needs inside out and make sure we're always delivering the best service.
• Pre-selection: You'll match contractor assignments with the right skills, promote opportunities, and keep everything compliant with employment laws.
• Candidate Management: Keeping track of recruitment data, managing candidate expectations, and whipping up reports will be part of your daily routine.
• Contractor Management: You'll be the main HR contact for around 100 contractors, handling everything from sensitive issues to payroll problems and managing the contractor lifecycle.
