Location: Canary Wharf
Pay: PAYE: £196.96 per day/ Limited/Umbrella: £265.90 per day
Hours: Monday- Friday 35 hours per week, 2 days in office, 3 days from home
Duration: 6 monthsWhat You'll Do:

Full Recruitment Lifecycle:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for support and specialist roles.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to understand current and future resource needs, creating innovative talent campaigns.
Creative Sourcing:Utilise market mapping, social media, and diverse advertising routes to attract a broad range of candidates.
Data-Driven Decisions:Analyse management information to forecast demand and prioritise your efforts effectively.
Inclusive Recruitment:Shape and promote inclusive hiring practises, ensuring every candidate has a positive experience. Your Skills Include:

Proven talent acquisition experience, both in-house and agency, with a knack for managing high volumes of requisitions.
Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with ATS systems.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and stakeholder management up to Director level.
A customer-focused mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
