As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce by identifying and securing top talent across the business. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates while working closely with hiring managers and international teams.

Your responsibilities will include the search and selection of candidates across a range of skill sets, as well as effective management of both candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

What you'll do

• Process Ownership, Design & Improvement: Take full accountability for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring it is efficient, streamlined, and aligned with business needs. Lead the design and continuous improvement of international recruitment processes, driving innovation and reshaping practices to achieve optimal results. Identify and implement new ideas to enhance our existing hiring manager experience.


• Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance to senior, international stakeholders on recruitment methodologies, market trends, and innovative talent strategies. Collaborate closely with international teams to ensure alignment and share best practices globally.


• Talent Sourcing: Attract skilled, culturally aligned, and diverse candidates through advanced direct search techniques (e.g., Boolean), targeted advertising, social media campaigns, and creative talent generation strategies.


• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and business leaders across all areas of Computacenter’s key international hiring geographies, ensuring alignment on recruitment goals and priorities, with a focus on working collaboratively across international teams.


• Candidate Assessments: Conduct structured interviews, competency-based evaluations, CV reviews, and behavioural assessments to identify and secure the best-fit talent for the business. 


• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition team members to share expertise, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


• Candidate Experience: Regularly assess and refine the candidate experience to ensure a world-class journey from application to onboarding, continuously striving for excellence.


• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with international teams, insights teams, Employer Branding, and HR functions to align recruitment strategies with business objectives, fostering a global approach to talent acquisition.

What you'll need

• Technology Recruitment Expertise: In-depth understanding of the IT landscape, with the ability to source, assess, and attract top-tier talent across various technical disciplines to meet the evolving needs of Computacenter’s business.


• Market Knowledge: Up-to-date with current recruitment trends, market dynamics, and best practices, ensuring Computacenter’s TA function remains competitive and innovative in attracting and retaining talent.


• Effective Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, and key internal stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals.


• Advisory and Influencing Skills: Confidence in advising senior stakeholders and influencing talent strategies within Computacenter’s internal TA function to ensure recruitment processes and outcomes align with broader organizational objectives.


• Relationship Builder: A natural collaborator, skilled in building strong, lasting relationships within the internal TA function. Proven and exemplary experience working with, and managing business leaders


• Candidate Experience Focus: A strong commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring that all stages of the recruitment journey are positive, engaging, and aligned with Computacenter’s values and employer brand.

  Agency background: Experience within an agency recruitment environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
  
  

IMPORTANT - The successful applicant will be expected to be in the office 2 days a week (minimum)
