Job Description - Talent Acquisition Partner

  • Drive recruiting efforts to matchqualified candidates with professional and management positions acrossmultiple functional areas within WebMD
  • Consult with HR andbusiness partners to understand business priorities and identifystaffing needs
  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers todevelop selection criteria and identify qualified candidates
  • Internal and external sourcing and screening of candidates frommultiple sources to include Candidate Tracking System, Job Boards,Social Networking tools, Career Fairs, Referral Program and coldcalling as necessary
  • Deliver against recruitment strategy &activities/plans
  • Ensure staffing practices are compliantwith corporate initiatives and legal requirements (SOX and OFCCP), andmeet business priorities such as diversity objectives
  • Offerconsultation and completion, including (when applicable) backgroundchecks, relocation/immigration, and other hiring processes.
  • Ensure adherence to all recruitment and employment policies andprocesses
  • Successful delivery of job offers
  • AAP outreach toensure diverse candidate pipelines

  • Qualifications:
  • BS or equivalent relatable work experience
  • 7 plus years ofRecruiting with demonstrated ability to recruit a diverse array ofpositions across organizational levels and functional areas;experience should also include
  • Combination of agency andcorporate recruiting preferred
  • Experience recruiting in anOFCCP compliant environment
  • Full Life Cycle recruiting withInformation Technology positions required, Client Services and Salesroles preferred
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, EEOand AA
  • University Relations/Internship program involvementpreferred
  • Strong business acumen with ability to quicklyunderstand the deliverables and associated talent needs of specificclient groups as well as the broader organization.
  • Abilityto identify talent and match to the needs and culture of theorganization
  • Strong Client Facing and Customer Serviceskills
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, changingenvironment with demonstrated sense of urgency
  • Ability toeffectively interact with all levels of management and professionallyrepresent the Human Resources function
  • Effectivepresentation skills, public speaking experience
  • Adept withtechnology and systems, including Microsoft Office Suite, applicanttracking systems (Jobvite), Corp HR Applications, Job Boards andSocial Networking tools
  • Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills, team skills, and project management skills
