Job Description - Talent Acquisition Partner

The Starknet Foundation is a new organisation established to support the development of Starknet, a state-of-the-art layer 2 blockchain network built on top of Ethereum. Our mission is to unlock Ethereum’s scalability and efficiency, making decentralized applications more accessible and effective. It's an exciting time for the Foundation as we enter a new stage of growth - as such, we are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to spearhead this growth by managing full lifecycle recruitment practices that bring on top-tier talent.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment across multiple requisitions and org functions simultaneously - from sourcing to interview arrangement to offer extension & negotiation.

• Map, identify and engage top-tier talent with relevant web3 skills & experience using creative on & offline sourcing and networking tactics.

• Serve as a talent advisor to internal teams and Hiring Managers, helping shape candidate evaluation and org design processes.

• Provide expert candidate care, serving as a candidate advocate along each step of the process.

• Help build the Starknet Foundation employment brand through social media, events, and by serving as an ambassador for the organization.

• Partner with recruitment agencies and vendors who are assisting in searches.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant recruitment & sourcing experience, ideally in the tech or specifically web3 industry.

• Proven track record of hiring top-tier and niche talent, both technical & non-tech, across levels, functions and regions.

• Expertise in each stage of the talent acquisition process (sourcing, interview coordination, offers, onboarding).

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and a high degree of professionalism.

• Deep project management and organization skills with aptitude for building & scaling recruitment processes.

• Strong working knowledge or interest in blockchain technology and trends.

• Ability to prioritize, adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

• Willingness to occasionally travel as well as work across various timezones with candidates & teammates based internationally.

• London-based, with 2-3 days in office/week.
