Are you a dynamic recruitment professional with a passion for enhancing candidate experience and driving strategic recruitment initiatives?

We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our client's team, reporting directly to the Group Head of People.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the internal recruitment across 12 leading estate agency brands, spanning over 100 locations across the UK.

Your mission: to manage a centralised recruitment service, managing vacancies across residential sales, lettings, property management, and branch management roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a robust recruitment model, process, and structure to ensure effective hiring across the group.
Manage relationships with suppliers and job boards to optimise talent acquisition.
Spearhead the creation and management of a graduate recruitment scheme.
Focus on strategic initiatives to reduce staff turnover by attracting and retaining top talent.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior recruitment role, preferably within the estate agency sector.
Strong ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver against tight deadlines.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various brands and locations.
Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment practices.
Passion for building strong relationships and providing a first-class candidate experience.
