Talent Acquisition Partner - Entertainment

An iconic entertainment brand is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their People team in London.

This is a unique opportunity to support a groundbreaking business that blend storytelling, technology, and creativity. You'll lead the full recruitment life-cycle across a variety of roles from creative, commercial, and technical - while owning the strategy and delivery.

Working closely with hiring managers, you'll build strong partnerships, shape recruitment best practices, and help drive the employer brand forward. There's also plenty of scope to get involved in broader people projects, including EVP, candidate experience, and process improvements.

We're looking for someone with solid in-house recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced, creative or media environment and standalone. You'll be confident managing multiple roles, influencing stakeholders, and delivering at pace.

They are an in-person business, split across two sites. You will need to enjoy working on-site, and be able to flex your schedule to meet the needs of the business.
