About the role
As an Executive Talent Partner at Harrods, you’ll lead strategic executive recruitment, partnering with senior leaders and HR teams to attract and secure top-tier leadership talent. You’ll define what “best-in-class” looks like, ensuring every hire drives transformation and aligns with Harrods’ values. This role combines strategic influence, market insight, and hands-on leadership to deliver an outstanding executive hiring experience.

To succeed in this role you will need:
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
