Talent Acquisition Specialist - 9 month FTC

Are you ready to take your recruitment career to the next level? We are on the lookout for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join my clients Experienced Hire team. This is your chance to be part of a Future Facing firm that’s making waves globally!

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of their UK-wide experienced hire team, recruiting fee earners and professional services employees for both UK and international vacancies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Consult with hiring managers and prepare role profiles for advertising.
  • Ensure authorisation processes are followed.
  • Source candidates and collaborate with preferred recruitment suppliers and ad-hoc agencies.
  • Manage agency/supplier performance against SLAs/targets.
  • Work with Recruitment Admin to ensure consistent candidate management and onboarding.
  • Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews for fee-earner roles, providing interview skills guidance.
  • Liaise with HR Business Partners during the offer process.
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships.
  • Coordinate start dates and induction processes for client groups.
  • Inspect and record documentation in line with immigration legislation.

About You

  • Experience in a recruitment environment within a professional services organisation.
  • Direct sourcing and interviewing experience.
  • A solid understanding of key legal requirements, especially regarding discrimination and immigration regulations.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience with online applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of good employment practices.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • An adaptable and flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to quickly establish professional relationships, maintain a client focus, and a proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
