Talent Acquisition Specialist

Artis Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading global manufacturer in the search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Internal Recruiter to join their HR team on a permanent basis.
This is a newly created role offering the chance to make a real impact. You'll be the driving force behind recruitment across the UK and wider Europe region, partnering closely with local HR leads and hiring managers to attract top talent in engineering, operations, sales, and leadership functions.
What you'll be doing:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles, with a key focus on UK vacancies.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders and offering guidance on best practice hiring.

Using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to proactively build pipelines and reduce reliance on agencies.

Championing the employer brand across social platforms and supporting with recruitment marketing initiatives.

Streamlining processes across recruitment systems, agencies, and onboarding to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Attending recruitment events and job fairs to promote the business and attract top-tier talent.

What we're looking for:
Experience in an internal or agency recruitment role, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or a similar sector.

Confident managing recruitment campaigns across a variety of functions and seniority levels.

Skilled in direct sourcing and talent pipelining, with strong LinkedIn Recruiter know-how.

ATS experience - iCIMS a bonus - and an organised approach to recruitment administration.

Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
