The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and sourcing the talent that our clients are seeking.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, and working collaboratively with the Account Directors, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting research to gain a thorough understanding of your allocated clients’ business, culture and career opportunities
• Sourcing candidates using advanced sourcing tools and techniques
• Assessing candidate’s suitability and interest in the opportunities
• Attending client meetings as required
• Liaising with the Talent Acquisition team to share information and support wider campaigns
• Liaising with Account Directors to shortlist candidates and present to the client
• Managing and arranging interviews and assessments and providing feedback throughout the campaign
• Managing subsequent offers to ensure a smooth and successful completion to your recruitment campaigns

Your Profile:

• Experience gained within recruitment or a customer-facing role
• An analytical approach to problem solving combined with an inquisitive mind
• Commercial and empathetic with a good understanding of business
• Strong communication skills with the ability to question and challenge
• Good understanding of IT and competent with social media
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Tenacious, ambitious, and resilient
