Talent Acquisition Specialist - Education Sector - Doncaster - c£25,000

Exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading Education organisation in Doncaster.

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager you will lead the full recruitment cycle across the organisation. Your key accountabilities will include:-

• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
• Sourcing high quality candidates through job boards, social media and other methods
• Taking part in recruitment fairs, webinars and promotional campaigns
• Maintaining and updating their recruitment system
• Producing recruitment reports and evaluating campaign performance
• Creating talent pipeline for future needs
• Championing recruitment best practice

You should be a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience of managing the full recruitment cycle. Ideally you will have worked within the Education sector however this is not essential. Excellent communication skills need to be combined with experience of working with applicant tracking systems. A passion for securing top talent is essential!
