Talent Acquisition Specialist – UK & Europe

We’re now looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our client's HR team and play a pivotal role in attracting top talent across the UK and Europe.

This role is based in Coventry City Centre three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining two days.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to understand current and future recruitment needs across the UK and European teams.
  




• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from writing job adverts and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers.
  




• Use a variety of channels — LinkedIn, job boards, direct sourcing and networking—to attract diverse and high-quality talent.
  




• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for roles across engineering, technology, manufacturing and commercial functions.
  




• Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  




• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment (ideally within manufacturing, engineering or technology sectors).
  




• Strong sourcing skills and confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
  




• Experience recruiting across multiple European markets (advantageous).
  




• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  




• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
