Job Description - Talent acquisition specialist

The Company A to Z Auto Parts is a leading distributor of quality automotive parts and accessories based in Birmingham with three branches.

We stock more than 50,000 part numbers featuring some of the best-known brands in the industry.

Role Description A to Z Autoparts is seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to hire and attract quality employees.

The role requires identifying and initiating new recruitment opportunities, communicating with candidates to establish rapport, and assisting in the selection and hiring of qualified candidates.

This is a hybrid role located in Birmingham, with some ability to work remotely.

Job Description - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies - Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g.

social platforms and professional networks) - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates - Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews - Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit - Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process - Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on candidate selection - Conduct reference checks and background screenings - Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment Qualifications Experience with Full Life-Cycle Recruiting and Interviewing Ability to create and convey an Employer Branding message Strong recruiting skills with the ability to source and engage with potential candidates Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely if necessary Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Experience with recruiting for the automotive industry is a plus Experience with recruiting and hiring for entry level to senior management level positions
