Talent Acquisition Specialist - FRENCH

We are looking for a driven French Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global marketplace company based remote in the UK.

Salary up to £60,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 10:00 – 18:00 – aligned to French working hours
Temporary ongoing role

Are you a fluent French speaker with experience recruiting across the French market?
 
As a French Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting international growth by managing the full recruitment lifecycle across the French market. Working remotely from the UK, you’ll partner closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and deliver a smooth, high-quality recruitment experience for both candidates and managers.
 
Day to day, you will join a fast-paced, remote based global team where you’ll manage a live portfolio of around 20 requisitions, often covering multiple vacancies per role. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and creating shortlists that align with business needs. You’ll act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, keeping communication clear and consistent throughout each stage of the process.
 
French Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist: Key responsibilities

Partnering with hiring managers across France to understand hiring needs.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle – attraction, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Creating candidate shortlists and managing feedback throughout the process.
Maintaining strong communication with both stakeholders and candidates.
Supporting an international, fast-paced recruitment environment.
