Job Description - Talent Acquisition Specialist - French Speaking

We are currently seeking an experienced French-speaking Recruiter to join our client’s in-house team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

As a dedicated member of our client’s in-house TA team, you will support their recruitment across various roles and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.

What You Will Enjoy Doing
If you have experience in either in-house or agency recruitment and are looking for an opportunity to gain more exposure and build on your existing specialist skillset, this could be an ideal role for you.
Day-to-day, you will be:

Working as a member of our client’s in-house TA team
Supporting resourcing, CV searching, and initial telephone screening
Partnering with stakeholders to fill a range of roles across the business
Utilizing applicant tracking systems to work effectively within our client’s system
Setting the example for best practices within internal processes

What You Will Bring to the Role

Previous recruitment experience – in-house or agency
Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook (experience with CRM/ATS systems is beneficial)
Confident communication skills via phone and email
A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
