We're working with a well-established, high-profile UK business that is looking for a Talent Advisor to join its busy People team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. And with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right person, this could be an opportunity to build a long-term career within a fantastic organisation.
This is a hands-on, candidate-focused role where you'll be at the heart of the recruitment process, acting as a key point of contact for candidates and supporting hiring managers throughout the journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and screening applications, identifying candidates with the right skills and experience. Conducting candidate screening calls and interviews. Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. Supporting hiring managers with the recruitment process and ensuring vacancies progress smoothly. Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment information. Providing a professional, friendly and engaging candidate experience from initial application through to interview. Supporting the wider Talent/People team with recruitment activity and administration as required.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who is organised, personable and confident communicating with people at all levels.
You may already have experience within an internal recruitment or Talent Acquisition environment, but that's not essential.

An experienced internal recruiter or Talent Advisor looking for your next opportunity. Currently working in business recruitment and keen to move into an internal recruitment environment. An experienced Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator ready to take the next step. A strong administrator with excellent communication skills who is keen to develop a career in recruitment.Most importantly, you'll need to be confident speaking with candidates, highly organised and have a great eye for detail. You'll be someone who enjoys working at pace, managing multiple priorities and making sure candidates feel supported throughout the recruitment process.
