* A brand new role reporting into the Head of HR
* Responsible for day to day recruitment across the business
* Working closely with key stakeholders
* Managing graduate program
* Working on employee development and career pathways
* Reviewing and implementing recruitment processes and procedures
* Delivering Recruitment/talent workshops
* Developing and implementing EVP

Profile

• Can be site based in Castleford
• Currently works in a stand alone role responsible for Recruitment and Talent Development
• Stockholder management to establish and plan for recruitment requirements and talent gaps
• Full recruitment process from brief, advising and managing process, advert, CV sifting, interview, offer and on boarding.
• Building Talent pools
• Apprenticeships/Graduate
• Review and develop recruitment processes ensuring efficiency and candidate experience is considered
• EVP

Job Offer

Salary £40-50k

Site based in Castleford with travel as and when required
