In this role, you'll:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs

- Create engaging job adverts and source top-tier candidates

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with professionalism and care

- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve hiring strategies

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in recruitment, internal talent acquisition, or a similar role

- Confident communicator with exceptional organisational skills

- A self-starter who thrives in a remote working environment

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools is a plus
