Pricing strategy and setting Analyze Pricing data and elaborate tactical and strategic recommendations Develop value-based pricing strategies in collaboration with the marketing teams and localize them based country market dynamics Lead development of performance-driven customer price guidance Collaborate with the EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence (COE) to execute initiatives at divisional level Support the preparation of pricing reports for Monthly/Quarterly business reviews incl. Support local forums for monthly review of price and margin metrics and discussion of pricing initiatives Degree in management, economics, engineering, or related discipline At least 3 years work experience in Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations roles Exposure to Medtech industry will be highly appreciated Deep knowledge and proven expertise in the field of Pricing strategy and execution Fluency in English is a must, strong written and verbal communication skills. Native or C1 level of additional European languages is a plus Analytic & strategic mindset, data-savvy, detail-oriented Capable to communicate complex concepts and findings in a simple and immediate manner Team player, promoting collaboration and works effectively with others across the organization to achieve goals and uncover opportunities Ability to influence and challenge sales and marketing leaders on commercial topics with confidence Tableau proficiency would be a plus
