Your expertise will be central to executing talent reviews, managing critical role placements, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver seamless talent solutions that elevate performance across the business.
Required Skills
Deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships with influence and impact Strong skills in coaching, facilitation, and driving change initiatives Excellent project management capabilities with a strategic mindset Proficiency in using talent data, workforce analytics, and insights to guide decisions Commercial acumen with experience managing external talent and learning vendorsNice to Have Skills
Experience with global talent program design and implementation Familiarity with procurement or vendor management systems such as Fieldglass Background in organisational psychology or behaviour sciencePreferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 8 years' experience in talent management, leadership development, learning, or HR-related roles Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent programmes on a global or large-scale levelOther Requirements
