Job Description - Talent Manager

Our client, a FinTech start-up, is now seeking a People Operations Manager to join their team for their next growth stage.

A global company, they have offices in Nottingham, the Middle East & the USA. You will be tasked with the HR, Welfare, Talent, and People Operations for their team of 30 individuals across 4 continents.

The ideal individual will have experience within Tech, ideally start-ups and be used to working within a fast-paced environment.

Location: Nottingham
Office time: Hybrid - 2/3 days a week
Salary: £40,000 per annum

Required experience includes:

Supporting HR with employee onboarding and offboarding and helping to create a friendly environment.
Recruiting: Collaborate with HR to support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with new hire orientation.
Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies including manage all the vendors corresponded and payments
Planning and preparing welfare activities, such as: happy hours, company events, holiday celebrations
Manage office’s secretarial duties including leading day-to-day operations
Responsible for travel arrangements for employees and visitors (Flights, hotels and any ad-hoc assistance)

Key traits include:
A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize simultaneous tasks and projects.
Experience in a similar role such as : Employee Experience HR Operations in a global organization
Experience in planning, managing, and executing global welfare activities
A true project manager at heart, with the ability to plan, coordinate and execute large-scale events
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Excellent with budget management and procurement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in HRIS systems (as HiBoB) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent English , verbal and written required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
