About the Role
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Partner with a focus on IT candidate resourcing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract top-tier IT and tech candidates using job boards, internal tools, and proactive outreach
• Manage high volumes of candidate applications and screen for suitability
• Conduct initial candidate assessments via phone or video
• Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback collection
• Keep up to date with recruitment trends and best practices in tech talent acquisition

What We're Looking For

• At least 12 months’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong exposure to high-volume candidate sourcing and screening
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies such as job boards, CV databases, and screening tools
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear and confident communication style
• A collaborative mindset with a desire to grow and learn
