Talent Sourcer (3 Month FTC)

About The Role 

Given our exciting growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Talent Sourcer to come and join our team on a 3 month fixed term contract. 

You will be reporting directly into the Head of Talent Acquisition whilst working closely with the wider talent team and senior stakeholders across the business. You will take ownership of helping to attract, source and qualify talent across the globe.

You’ll Be Responsible For 

• Sourcing talent through direct channels, social media and relationship building 
• Qualifying candidates through profiling and screening calls, determining their skills and experience 
• Developing a pipeline of candidates within our ATS for existing and future job openings across the business 
• Crafting creative reach out messages and sending them to passive candidates across various channels 
• Keeping our ATS system Workable update at all times, carrying out administrative tasks such as interview scheduling, etc 

About You 

• You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience sourcing talent for go-to-market positions either in-house or for an agency 
• You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bring 
• You will be able to work autonomously and outperform through personal drive
• You will have proven ability of managing multiple projects or job openings effectively at the same time 
• You will have experience using an ATS system and other external platforms such as LinkedIn or job boards
