This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the office, 3 working from home Reed Talent Solutions are a leading contingent and permanent workforce solutions provider; designing, implementing, and delivering bespoke solutions across all sectors.

Within the Talent Sourcing Specialist role you will be responsible for tasks such as: Creating and posting job advertisements, mail-shot activities, and CV shortlisting Direct sourcing/headhunting suitable candidates Arranging and conducting telephone interviews Arranging and conducting candidate preparation meetings for client assessments and interviews Working alongside Talent Sourcing Specialists and Talent Delivery Specialists to meet client start date requirements Being 1st line support for prospective candidates and in-booking candidates We are driven by our purpose “improving life through work” and that stands for our co-members as well as our customers.
