TeacherActive is currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in schools across Milford Haven. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic, caring, and adaptable individuals looking for flexible or full-time work within welcoming educational settings.

The Role

Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
Provide tailored support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required
Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and engagement
Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment
Support positive behaviour and promote pupil wellbeing
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team

Requirements

✅ Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
✅ Experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) is advantageous
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ A positive, patient, and proactive approach
✅ Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
✅ Passion for supporting children's learning and development
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
