Tax Accountant

Your new role
My client is looking for a highly organised and detail-orientated Accountant to join the team. You will ideally have worked in practice and have experience of preparing limited company accounts and Corporation Tax calculations, preparing the submission of Corporate Tax Returns.

The main duties of the role are as follows:

• Preparation of Corporation Tax calculations based on limited company accounts which have been reviewed at partner or manager level.
• Inputting of the calculations to Digita Corporation Tax software
• iXBRL tagging of accounts using Sage Accounts Production and /or Digita.
• Collaboration with team members to resolve queries
• Submission of the returns to comply with deadlines
• Maintenance of confidentiality at all times
• The role may develop to also include some preparation of Limited Company accounts using Sage Accounts Production.
• Filing of accounts electronically with Companies House as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have experience in preparing and submitting limited company accounts and Corporation Tax Returns. In doing so, you will have an up to date knowledge of Corporation tax.
You will be familiar with iXBRL tagging and capital allowance rules.
