The Role

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of tax specialists. You'll balance hands-on advisory work with people leadership - ensuring service levels are met, technical standards are upheld, and team members are supported to develop and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert telephone and email tax advice to clients
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of advisors to achieve personal and team KPIs
• Collaborate with operations to manage workflow and resource planning
• Monitor performance using service metrics and quality standards
• Identify training needs and support technical development across the team
• Champion a positive team culture with a focus on accountability and collaboration
• Support continuous service and process improvements
• Promote growth opportunities, referrals, and client engagement initiatives
