Tax Advisory Manager

My client is a Top 20 Accountancy firm and they are seeking a Tax Advisory Manager to join their office in Northampton.

Key responsibilities:

• working within the Tax team, Client Service department and wider team to grow the tax advisory offering
• travelling to other offices to visit the internal team to develop their advisory offering
• spotting opportunities within the team and help develop junior staff
• managing own flow of work and delegate appropriately
• implementation of projects in support of Tax Directors
• responding to internal tax queries from other departments
• identifying and implementing tax planning opportunities

Requirements:

• Advisory experience
• Mixed tax experience with a steer to corporate tax
• ACA / CTA qualified or equivalent
• Have a solid advisory background within Practice
• previous client facing experience would be advantageous
• ability to learn and develop own knowledge
• good communication skills
