Tax & Client Growth Manager – About The Role

• Lead a small client-facing team, ensuring excellent service and compliance standards
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for new or additional services
• Actively contribute to business development and revenue growth initiatives
• Set and monitor team targets for performance, quality, and client satisfaction
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on both tax and client relationship skills
• Oversee Self-Assessment and other compliance work to ensure accuracy and adherence to legislation
• Analyse client data to provide insight and support commercial decision-making

The successful candidate will have:

• Solid UK tax experience, ideally within practice or client-facing environment
• Commercial awareness with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to manage a small team and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Organised and solutions-focused approach with the drive to exceed expectations
