Description

• Oversee and manage all tax and treasury operations within the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Implement strategic tax planning initiatives to optimise the organisation's tax position.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity of the organisation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external tax and treasury advisors.
• Prepare and present tax and treasury reports to senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the tax and treasury functions

Profile

A successful Tax & Treasury Manager should have:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Tax, Finance, or a related field.
• Profound knowledge of corporate tax issue and the ability to develop new technical skills .
• Proficiency in strategic tax planning and process improvements.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with external advisors and senior management.
