Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be supporting our client based in Birmingham City Centre who's currently got an opportunity for a Tax Assistant. This is a career development opportunity with the aim of becoming the Head of Personal Tax in the future.

Role Requirements -

• Completion of Self-Assessment returns for a wide range of clients
• Capital gains tax.
• Succession and IHT advice.
• Trust tax.
• P11ds and benefits in kind.
• Carry out ad hoc tax assignments

Personal Requirements -

ACA/ACCA/ATT/ CTA part qualified, or a similar professional qualification (QBE candidates may also be considered)

• Exposure to personal tax in a specialist or mixed role.
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Able to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines.
• Demonstrate accuracy in technical work delivered.
