A leading and growing accountancy practice is seeking a Tax Assistant to join it's friendly and supportive team.

Role Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting personal tax returns, including income tax and capital gains tax.
• Supporting the wider tax team in delivering high-quality client service.
• Assisting with tax queries and correspondence with HMRC.
• Developing relationships with a diverse and interesting client base.

Personal Requirements

• Part-qualified or recently qualified in AAT, ATT, ACA, ACCA or CTA (or working towards a qualification).
• Experienced in UK tax compliance.
• At least 1 year in experience in a UK based accountancy practice.
• Confident, well-organised and able to manage a varied portfolio of work.
• A great communicator with strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic about learning and progressing in a tax-focused role.
