An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded corporate tax practice within a leading professional services firm. Working as part of a specialist team, you will advise a diverse client base ranging from owner-managed businesses and high-growth companies to international organisations and investors. The team is recognised for its expertise across corporate transactions, venture capital, international tax and complex advisory projects, delivering pragmatic and commercially focused solutions.
Your new role:
As a Tax Associate, you will play a key role in supporting clients on a broad range of corporate tax matters. You will work closely with senior tax professionals on transactions, restructurings and advisory projects, while developing strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
Key responsibilities will include:
Advising on corporate tax aspects of acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations Supporting clients on VAT, international tax and tax dispute matters Assisting with the implementation of share incentive arrangements Preparing EIS and SEIS applications and related investor documentation Drafting correspondence, reviewing documentation and managing client matters Liaising directly with clients and other professional advisers Supporting business development initiatives and wider team projectsWhat you'll need to succeed:
2-5 years' post-qualification experience within corporate tax Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax advisory work Excellent communication and client relationship skills Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Experience of working collaboratively within a professional services environmentWhat you'll get in return:
