Description

• Overseeing and managing the company's tax strategy.
• Ensuring the company's compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
• Coordinating with Accounting & Finance department on tax-related issues.
• Preparing tax reports and forecasting for senior management.
• Identifying opportunities for tax optimisation.
• Collaborating with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax regulations.
• Providing tax advice and guidance on business decisions.

Profile

A successful Tax Director should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
