We’re recruiting a Tax Director for a thriving, top 50 accountancy firm based in Uxbridge, currently undergoing an exciting phase of expansion and strategic growth.

Our client is seeking a CTA-qualified Tax professional with 10+ years of experience, ready to take the lead in shaping and growing a high-performing tax team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role within a respected and forward-thinking practice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor and develop the tax team of 10+ (trainees to managers).
• Manage a diverse client portfolio, lead client relationships & manage expectations.
• Delivering a mix of personal tax, corporate tax, compliance and advisory work.
• Drive business growth and ensure high standards of compliance.
• Identify growth opportunities across client portfolio.

Essential:

• Must be CTA Qualified.
• 10+ years’ of PQE experience as a Tax professional.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.
• Willing to be onsite to collaborate and develop team members.
