This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of high-profile and complex tax matters, including:

• Corporate tax advisory and transactional support (M&A, joint ventures, restructurings)
• Cross-border tax planning and structuring
• Real estate and finance-related tax matters
• Advising multinational clients across a variety of sectors

You'll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team that works closely with other departments and international offices, offering exposure to a truly global client base.

Requirement

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 4-7 years' PQE in tax law
• Strong experience in corporate tax, ideally gained at a leading law firm would be ideal or a Big Four environment
• Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• A proactive, client-focused approach with strong communication skills
