What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading global tax structuring and planning across the group's diverse portfolio
• Collaborating with external advisers on complex international tax projects
• Managing tonnage tax and corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Analysing tax implications of new business opportunities and joint ventures
• Creating compelling internal materials to support strategic decision-making
• Implementing transfer pricing policies and managing intercompany transactions

What We're Looking For:

• Strong corporate tax experience
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CTA)
• Proven track record with cross-border tax projects
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills - you'll be working across all organisational levels
• Intellectually curious with a genuine desire to learn and grow
