• Annual Salary: £40,000 - £65,000

• Job Type: Full-time, scope for hybrid work

Reed Croydon is working with a practice who are rapidly growing and therefore seeking a Tax Manager. This role is suitable for someone who is ATT or CTA qualified and involves managing compliance and advisory work for 300 personal tax clients, as well as reviewing corporate tax and P11Ds. This role offers a great opportunity for professional growth, including study support for CTA if desired.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage and oversee compliance and advisory work for a portfolio of 300 personal tax clients.
• Review corporate tax computations and returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and review P11Ds.
• Utilise IRIS software for tax processing and reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff, enhancing their professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ATT or CTA qualification is essential.
• Proven experience in tax management, particularly in personal and corporate tax.
• Proficient in using IRIS software.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
