Tax Manager

Role Purpose 

As a Tax Manager within the head office tax group, you will be closely involved in the compliance and group reporting workstreams, with compliance responsibilities extending to managing the annual transfer pricing process and involvement in non-corporate tax workstreams. 

Key responsibilities 

• Manage all aspects of the annual group reporting process, prepare the statutory accounts tax charge and disclosure notes and using your experience to help improve processes 

• Manage the group’s tax compliance process, working closely with external advisors. 

• Pro-actively work with the accounting teams to prepare the TP adjustments and ensure postings are reflected in the statutory accounts 

• Help with the PSA and other employee tax matters 

• Organise the annual WHT and W8/W9 compliance process 

Individual
Profile 

• ACA/ACCA and CTA qualified 

• Strong experience in a reporting / compliance environment,  

• Experience working in-house essential 

• Proven record of delivering tax reporting and compliance in a timely and accurate manner 

• Excellent communication skills
