A well-established and highly regarded professional services firm is looking to appoint a Tax Manager to join its growing Private Client team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with an impressive client portfolio while becoming a trusted adviser on complex tax matters.

The Role

You'll manage your own portfolio of trusts, estates and private clients, providing a first-class compliance and advisory service while identifying opportunities to add real value.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing a portfolio of trusts, estates and high-net-worth clients.

* Preparing and reviewing trust, estate and personal tax returns.

* Advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, succession and estate planning.

* Supporting probate and estate administration from a tax perspective.

* Building lasting relationships with clients and professional advisers.

* Identifying tax planning opportunities and assisting with complex advisory work.

* Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development.

About You

You'll be a technically strong tax professional with experience in private client taxation and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

You'll ideally have:

* ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent).

* Strong experience in trusts, estates and private client tax.

* Excellent knowledge of UK trust taxation, IHT and CGT.

* The ability to manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism.

* A proactive approach and excellent communication skills.
