Location: Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire
Salary: up to 60k, dependent on qualifications and PQE exposure
Contract: Permanent, full-time

What you’ll do

Manage and review corporate tax compliance across a varied portfolio
Lead on HMRC enquiries and technical queries, ensuring robust risk management
Scope and deliver advisory projects (e.g. incorporations, reconstructions, EMI/EOT/share schemes, EIS/SEIS)
Spot and convert planning opportunities, collaborating with accounts/audit teams
Coach and review work of junior staff; support resourcing and workflow planning

What you’ll need

CTA (essential)
Solid UK practice background with OMB/SME exposure
Confident communicator, comfortable leading client conversations
Proven review, supervision and project ownership skills
