Financial Divisions is proud to be partnering with a respected Tax and Investment Consultancy located near Hemel Hempstead to recruit an experienced Tax Manager / Tax Consultant. Renowned for delivering high-quality business advisory services, the firm places strong emphasis on long-term client relationships, supporting both day-to-day tax matters and future financial planning.

The Role - Tax Manager / Consultant

As a key member of the team, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of High Net-Worth (HNW) individual clients (approx. 200).
• Prepare and review personal Tax Returns, Capital Gains Tax computations, and residency queries.
• Handle HMRC correspondence including Let Property Campaign responses and negotiations.
• Provide tax advisory services on IHT, CGT, domicile, and residence issues.
• Work closely with the investment team to provide integrated tax advice.
• Manage trust-related work including trust accounts, tax returns, and administration.
• Support team members and contribute to the growth of the client base through new business enquiries.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous tax experience in a managerial or senior consultant capacity.
• ATT qualification (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Excellent portfolio and deadline management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship abilities.
• Experience with trusts and corporation tax is beneficial, though not essential.
• A proactive, advisory mindset and desire to work collaboratively within a growing team.
